Maintenance & Overhaul
Maintenance :

Ground Handling
Crew and Passanger Assistance
When you touch ground, our representative will be there to meet the crew and assist in ground handling processes. The expert will assist the passengers and the crew with airside transportation, Baggage handling, customs, and immigration. Further, we guide the passengers and crew with transportation and hotel check-in.
Support & Guides for Parking and Fueling
Our representative will supervise the entire parking of the flight from the moment it lands. We provide aircraft parking, fueling, ramp coordination, towing the plane and pushback. We ensure prior arrangement is made for a safe hangar parking (hangar at SZB only).
Hospitalities Service
The representative will help you stock and clean the aIrcraft for its next flight. We offer catering that will suit every taste buds, water, and lavatory service. We assist in cleaning up the aircraft either interior or exterior.
Ground Equipment
Charter flights and private aircrafts have different requirements for ground equipment and we are your one-stop service for it. We provide VIP stairs, high loaders, forklift, GPU, APU, ACU, and stairs.
Support Service
Aligned with AIC, we took effort to improve the effectiveness of our support services by establishing NOSAS account authorized by Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (“CAAM”). Thus, we could arrange smooth service for application such as Malaysia Arrival, Departure & Overflight Permit.
Not only that, we also arrange landing and overflight permit- world widely through our best connection with our first class counterparts mainly in ASEAN and other countries.
We also assist in arranging civil flight approval to operate, land and depart from/in Malaysia Military Bases. While for Civilian Crews to enter and operate at Malaysia Military Bases, we provide aircraft crew security screening.
Private Aircraft/ Medevac/ Helicopter Charter
We provide private jet, air ambulance for medevac/ bodivac, helicopters and tourist charter hangar with travel packages or customized tour within Malaysia and/or abroad.
